The parcel is located in the R1-R Besidential District which requires a minimum lot size of 2.5 acres. The proposed plat contains 14 lots, each at least 2.5 acres in size. Mr. Bertils is proposing to ooz~struct Garnet Street N~ and 168th Avenue NW for access to this plat. In ~ddition, Mr. Bertils is proposing to construct temporary cul-de-sacs on ti.ese streets for future development of adjacent property.
