The square footage <br />of the proposed lots %~as previously provided. <br /> <br />In review of the soil borings and soils report, the water table is <br />reported at approximately elevation 870. This would allow for the <br />installation of standard wastewater disposal systems. However, <br />mottling was present ~n test holes two and four at a depth of 1.5 <br />to 4.5 feet below the surface. The state and city codes require <br />three feet of separation between mottling and the ~Lrain'field. <br />Therefore, we would recommend additional boring and percolation <br />tests be p~=ovided in the vicinity surrounding test holes two and <br />four° <br /> <br />In reviewing the item~ on page two of our letter of December <br />29, 1986, no additional or revised information has been pro- <br />vided by the develope~; to address those items.
