Rehbein for the grading and excavation of fill in the Northfork P.U.Do The property to be graded and excavated is located south of 161st Avenue ~.I/. and west of Andrie Street N,W, The intent of tt~e grading and excavating is to create a man-made lake with approximately 40 a~.:res of surface area and an average depth of 25 feet. This grading and excavating permit sba11 apply to that property legally described as follows: That part of 0utlCt i: of Northfork located in the South Half of Secf:ion 18 and the ~-o~t.h Half of Section 19, ~ownship 32, Range Anoka ~ounty, ~i. nne~o~a, except that area located on the east side of Andrie Street. This permit is issued pursua;~t to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permi~ is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein ar~:~ complied with, The conditions of this permit are as follows: A phasing plan and ~estoration plan shall be provided and followed to minimize wind and w~ter_ erosion of the site and which plan shall not alloy for more than five acres of shoreland to be exposed at any one time. The five acr~-s o£ exposed area shall be exclusive of the beach area and water surface° Said plans are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. Restoration as used herein shall be defined as meaning grading and top soil replacement and grass seeding such ~.hat turf is est:ablished which viii prevent water and wind eroaiou. Rehbein shall notify City staff for inspection of the site prior to comme~cing operations in a new area on the site.
