ROBERT MULLER <br />Anne Norrit:, Co~munity Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Muller is requesting: f~i. te plan review of his proposed facility to be <br />constructed on the southwest c(,rner of 167th Avenue NW and State Highway #47. <br />Mr. Muller is proposing to con~tr~ict a 21,000 square foot shopping center which <br />will house varioua retail and ~ervice operations. The proposed facility will <br />be cement block construction ix. accordance with the requirements for structures <br />in the B-1 Busineas District~ <br /> <br />Enclosed are the following i. te~s for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Site pla~ <br />c) Elevations <br />d) Proposed develot~ment agre~ent <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />As the Council recalls, a pub.l, ic hearing is scheduled for May 12, 1987 to <br />consider establishing developm~nt and tax increment financing districts to <br />accommodate Mr. Muller~a proposed development.
