Counc i lmemb e r for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION #87- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR IDEAL PAVING, INC. (PROJECT 87-2 - ROANOKE STREET N.W. ) WHER~kB, the City :3ouncil of the City of Ramsey approved this project on March 24, 1987; aad WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #87-63 awarding tie bid to Ideal Paving, Inc. for Project {87-2 Roanoke Street NOW.; and WHERrieS, City Engi.~eer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payme~ t to Ideal Paving, Inc. in the amount of $35,346.65o NOW TREREFORE, BE IT RMSOLVEO BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY., STATE OF MINNESOTA., as follows: 1) That the City ~ouncil hereby authorizes partial payment to Ideal Paving, Inc. foz' Proje~:t #87-2 Roanoke Street N.W. in the amount of $35,346.64. 2) That the City ,;ouncil hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the fei. ease form for this partial payment. 3) '~'hat the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Re~olution #87- approving payment of the bills for the month of April, 1987~ 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resoluti~n~ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor the:'eof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were at>sen:: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of April, 1987.
