Councilmember for its adoption: i~troduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION RESOLUTION APPROVING PAR!~iAL PAY FOR Bo H. RENNER AND SONS, INC. (PROJECT ~86-16; MUNI~:IPAL WELL NO. 2 AND MODIFICATIONS TO PDMPROUSE NO. t) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 30, 1986; a~d WHEREAS, the Cii:y Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #86--157 awarding the bid to E. R. Rennet and Sons, Inc. for Municipal Well No. 2 and mo(:ifications to Pumphouse No. 2; and ~{ERF~S, City EngJne~r Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to E. H. Rennet and Sons, Inc. iu the amount of $19,934.86~ NOW THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAHSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNI:SOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to E. H. Rennet a.ld Sons~ Inc. fo~ Municipal Well No. 2 and modifications to Pumphou~e No. 7~. in the amou~t of $19,934.86. 2) 'Chat the City Council. hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator ~;o sign the re~.ease form for this partial payment. 3) ~?hat the totgt amount of this partial payment is not included in.
