Additionally, <br />in the event: that services are provided by the CONSULTANT beyond the <br />cu~tract oompletion date ~s a result of c~ beyond the control of <br />the CONSULTANT, the "not ~co exceed" payment figure shall be subject to an <br />upward adjustment establ [shed by Supplemental Agreement pursuant to the <br />provisions of Article 4. <br /> <br />If the OC~SUD~ is of tb~ opinion that any work they have ~ d/rected to <br />perform is beyond the Scope of this Agreement, or that the level of effort <br />required significantly exceeds that estimated due to dm~nged conditions and <br /> <br /> <br />
