Graczyk, l~inance Officer <br /> <br />Aprit 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Ca~e -~ <br /> Concerning F~nal 1986 Budget Adjustments <br /> <br />As a part of the year-end closing work, final adjustments are made to the <br />budget. Enclosed are four ~ilraft resolutions for approval that effect these <br />changes. <br /> <br />The first resolution only t~ansfers current budget appropriations from the Park <br />Fund and General Fund unaliocated, to allocated areas in the General Fund. <br />This does not increase the level of budget appropriations. These transfers are <br />consistent with the changes made when the 1987 Budget was adopted. <br /> <br />The Second resolution makes final adjustments consistent with year-end closing <br />work. The vas~ majority of the adjustments are transfers of current budget <br />appropriations from one area to another and do not increase budget <br />appropriation levels. Foyer of the adjustments do increase the budget <br />appropriation revels and e~ch of these increase is offset by an additional <br />funding source. <br /> <br />The third resolution establishes budgets for special revenue fund presentation <br />at year end. '~ese budgets are for funds opened during the year or for items <br />unanticipated when the budget was adopted. <br /> <br />The fourth resolution appropriates for operating transfers. The resolution <br />also identifies the final closing equity transfers for the Park Fund, the 1984- <br />II Improvement Fund and the ~985 Improvement Fund. <br /> <br /> <br />
