PEkTAINS TO CASE <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />R~:SOLUTION # <br /> <br />RE:~OLUTION REVISING THE AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN <br /> LIMITS OF FUTURE <br /> PROk~ERTY INTERESTS WHICH <br /> ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FEDERAL AIP PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City ~ouncil adopted the Gateway Airport Master <br />Plan Study and Airport Lay~ut Plan on October 8, 1985, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the adopted layou~ plan illustrates the limits of land which <br />are eligible for AIP participation based on FAA's Order 5110.36, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Order has no~ been superceded by FAA Order 5100.38 <br />Change 2, and new criteria for determining the eligibility of land of <br />airport interest are in effect, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the revised limit:~ of property interest does not in any way <br />commit the Ci'ty to acquire any or all parcels thereby affected by the <br />revision, anO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, should the City d~termine in the future to acquire any parcel <br />for airport purposes, said parcel or parcels would be eligible for <br />federal AIP funding partic%pationo <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO>NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STAT}~ OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Airport >~ayout Plan (ALP) be revised in accordance <br />with Exhibit A (a'ctached) to illustrate revised limits of <br />eligibility for airport purposes. <br /> <br />That the revised /~LP be re-submitted to MN/DOT and FAA for <br />their conditional approvals. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoptio~ of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following vot>~ in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followiag voted ag~inst the same: <br /> <br />and the followii.~g abstaine~[: <br /> <br />and the following were abs~nt.: <br /> <br /> <br />
