"BP" LINE STRUCTURES ~205 THROUGH ~210 (PROJECT ~86-15 MBAB 153RD l~E N.W. ~ TO ~RXE) WHEREAS, the C:[tZ Council of the City of Ramsey approved Project #86~.15 153rd Lane from Puma to Andrie on August 12, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #86-120 awardi~g the bid to H & S Asphalt Company; and WHEREAS, Unit:ed :tower Association of Elk River revised and relocated of "I~P" line structures #205 through ~210 to accommodate road construction p~r roadway pr~ni:~ submitted to them by the City of Ramsey; and WHERF~AS, United Power Association of Elk River is requesting 5 the revision and relocation of payment in the amount of $1Z,~23~25 for "EP" line strn~tures #205 tl~rough {210o NOW TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVt~D BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ',<'hat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to United Power A:~sociation of Elk River in the amount of $12,5~3.~5. 2) '.~hat the City Council. hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator ~:o sign the r~lease form for this payment. 3) '_Chat the total, amount of this payment is not included in Resolution -~87'~ approving Fayment of the bills for the month of April, 1987. 4) '~That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolutJon~ The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ........ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor th~.raof: and the following voted agaJn~ the same: and the following abstained: and the following were abse~t~ whereupon said resolution -.~as declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this th~· 28th day of April, 1987.
