ORDINANCE NO. 87 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE, WHICH <br />CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE "RAMSEY ZONING CHAPTER." <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 170.015G, 170.017D AND 170.017L <br />OF THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1- AMENDMENT TO SECTION 170-015G <br /> <br />The first paragraph of Section 170.015G of the City Code is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Every private inground swimming pool or commercial fishing <br />pond shall be enclosed by a fence or wall not less than four <br />feet high to prevent uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 170.017D <br /> <br />The first paragraph of Section 170.017D is amended to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Ail off-street parking areas shall be surfaced with blacktop <br />or concrete. Any other surface material shall require <br />approval by the City Engineer prior to application. Such <br />area shall be so graded and drained as to dispose of all <br />surface water accumulation satisfactorily. <br /> <br />SECTION 3- AMENDMENT TO SECTION 170-017L <br /> <br />The first two paragraphs of Section 170.017L of the City <br /> <br />Code are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />It is the policy of the City to preserve and promote <br />attractive, stable residential, business and industrial <br />environments through the construction of quality projects and <br />developments. No structure or land shall be used or change <br />uses, occupied, erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved or <br />structurally altered except in conformity with the following <br />specifications for the zoning district in which it is <br />located. <br /> <br />Site plan reviews are required for all proposed multiple <br />family dwellings (3 or more units), mobile home parks, <br /> <br /> <br />
