5 Minutes CASE ~3: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT ADDITION <br /> FOR RESIDENTIAL USE IN B-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT; <br /> CASE OF MR. AND MRS. DUANE LUNDEEN <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Duane and Bonnie Lundeen are requesting a conditional use permit to construct a <br />40' x 60' addition to their existing structure at 6710 Highway #10 NW. A <br />portion of this structure would be used to expand the restaurant, and the upper <br />story is proposed for residential use by the Lundeens. This property is <br />located in the B-1 Business District. The restaurant is a permitted use; <br />however, the residential use is not permitted in the B-1 Business District. <br />The Eundeens have stated that they are seeking a conditional use permit to live <br />on the premises for security reasons.
