P£OPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> DUANE AND BONNIE LUNDEEN <br /> 6710 HIGHWAY ~10 NW <br /> <br />On May , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Duane and Bonnie <br />Lundeen to construct an addition for residential purposes to the existing <br />facility at 6710 Highway ~i0 NW, which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the residential portion of the structure shall be constructed with <br /> materials which match the restaurant and existing structure. <br /> <br />2) That all off-street parking, including that for the residential use, shall <br /> be paved with blacktop or concrete. <br /> <br />3) That the residential portion of the structure shall be for residential <br /> purposes only for the owners of the subject ~roperty. <br /> <br />4) That the Lundeens must complete the site plan review process prior to <br /> commencing any construction on the addition. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Duane and Bonnie Lundeen hereby acknowledge receipt of this conditional use <br />permit and that they have reviewed the conditions of this permit and have <br />agreed that they will cause compliance with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />Duane Lundeen Date <br /> <br />Bonnie Lundeen Date <br /> <br /> <br />
