ART RAUDIO <br /> By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gilbert Menkveld is requesting a conditional use permit to grade and <br />excavate the 72 acres located south of 149th Avenue NW west of County Road ~56. <br />Mr. Menkveld is proposing to remove material from this property in order to <br />develop a portion of the site for his planned unit development.
