Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #87-23 HUNTER'S HILL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted April 28, 1987, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to the <br />street improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />143rd Lane N.W. between Sunfish Lake Boulevard'and Uranium <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />144th Avenue N.W. between Sunfish Lake Boulevard and Uranium <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />144th Lane N.W. between 144th Avenue N.W. and the east plat <br />boundary of Hunter's Hill. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Uranium Street N.W. between 143rd Lane N.W. and 144th Avenue <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Wolfram Street N.W. between 144th Avenue N.W. and the north <br />plat boundary of Hunter's Hill. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on <br />May 26, 1987, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project $ <br />Estimated Total Assessment Per Unit <br />(individual property cost) $ <br />Estimated Annual Assessment Per Unit $ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey city Council will consider the improvement <br />of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ . <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 23rd day of June, 1987, in the Council Chambers of <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the city Administrator <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement <br />as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
