- 3 - <br /> <br />D. Septic System Permit Fees: <br /> <br /> The fees shall be $50.00. <br /> <br />E. Sewer and Water Permit Fees: <br /> <br /> i. The sewer permit fee shall be $25.00. <br /> <br /> ii. The water permit fee shall be $25.00. <br /> <br />F. Heating Permit Fees: <br /> <br /> i. The 'heating permit fee for single family residential <br /> buildings shall be $25.00. <br /> <br /> ii. The heating permit fee for commercial/industrial <br /> buildings shall be $25.00 or one percent (1%) of the <br /> building valuation, whichever amount is greater. <br /> <br />G. Surgharge: <br /> <br /> In addition to the permit fees described above, the applicant <br /> <br />shall pay a surcharge to be remitted to the Minnesota Department <br />of Administration as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 1984, <br />Section 16B.70. <br />Section 4. Repeal. <br /> <br /> Sections 150.021 through and including Section 150.023'of the <br />City Code adopted January 1, 1978; Ordinance 80-1 adopted by the <br />City Council on January 8, 1980; City Ordinance 80-11 adopted <br />October 15, 1980, and City Council Resolution 84-101 are all <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Violations amd Penalties. <br /> <br /> Any violation of this ordinance shall be a misdemeanor <br />punishable by a fine not to exceed $700.00 and/or a ma×mimum of <br />90 days in jail. In addition, the City may seek appropriate <br />injunctive and/or equitable relief from a Court of competent <br />jurisdiction in enforcement of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
