LARRY RUDESILL <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Rudesill is requesting a conditional use permit to use a temporary <br />structure for office space to sell automobiles at 7009 Highway ~10 NW (Lot 5, <br />Block I, Kovar Addition). This property is located in the B-i Business <br />District. Automobile sales is a permitted use in the B-1 Business District. <br />However, use of a temporary structure for office space is not permitted in any <br />district in the City.
