PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> MR. LARRY RUDESILL <br /> 7009 HIGHWAY ~10 N.W. <br /> RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On June . , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Larry <br />Rude$ill to utilize a temporary structure for office space for his <br />automobiles sales business at 7009 Hwy. 610 N.W., which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Kovar AHdition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Kamsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be <br />provided on the subject property. <br /> <br />A permanent office structure will be constructed in accordance with <br />the City Code and UBC requirements and the temporary structure <br />shall be emoved from the subject property no later than January 1, <br />1989. The permanent office structure will be subject to the site <br />plan review equirements of the City Code. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted from <br /> the business or in conjunction with the business. <br /> <br />There shall be no more than 70 vehicles for sale at any one time <br />on the subject property. <br /> <br />Mr. Rudesill shall obtain any local and State licenses required <br />before selling any vehicles from the subject property. <br /> <br />6. All signs erected on the subject property shall be in accordance <br /> with Section 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />No vehicles shall be parked in the highway right-of-way. <br /> <br />Display of vehicles within the fifty (50) foot setback from <br />Highway 10 will be on a concrete or blacktop surface with such <br />surfacing to be completed by June 1, 1988. <br /> <br />9.
