PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MR. LARRY RUDESILL 7009 HIGHWAY ~10 N.W. RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA On June . , 1987, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Larry Rude$ill to utilize a temporary structure for office space for his automobiles sales business at 7009 Hwy. 610 N.W., which property is legally described as follows: Lot 5, Block 1, Kovar AHdition, Anoka County, Minnesota This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Kamsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided on the subject property. A permanent office structure will be constructed in accordance with the City Code and UBC requirements and the temporary structure shall be emoved from the subject property no later than January 1, 1989. The permanent office structure will be subject to the site plan review equirements of the City Code. 3. There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted from the business or in conjunction with the business. There shall be no more than 70 vehicles for sale at any one time on the subject property. Mr. Rudesill shall obtain any local and State licenses required before selling any vehicles from the subject property. 6. All signs erected on the subject property shall be in accordance with Section 170.05 of the City Code. No vehicles shall be parked in the highway right-of-way. Display of vehicles within the fifty (50) foot setback from Highway 10 will be on a concrete or blacktop surface with such surfacing to be completed by June 1, 1988. 9.
