PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT R.J. RYAN CONSTRUCTION, INC. AND J & R PIZZA INC. DOMINOS PIZZA AND RETAIL FACILITY 149XX RAMSEY BOULEVARD N.W. RAMSE¥, MINNESOTA On June , 1987, site plan approval was granted by the Ramsey City Council to R.J. Ryan Construction, Inc. and J & R Pizza Inc. for the construction of a 2,400 square foot retail/commercial facility on the property legally described as follows: The West 328 feet of the North 161.37 feet of the South 394.37 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured along the South and West lines of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: The structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building Department. No construction shall commence without proper approval and permitting by the City Building Official. 2. The structure shall be used for a retail/commercial facility. 3. The structure shall be finished with decorative cement block as shown on the elevations submitted. Landscaping shall be provided as shown on the site plan submitted. Ail landscaping shall be maintained by the pr operty . owner. 5. All off-street parking shall be concrete or blacktopped. 6. All disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed. 7. No off-street parking shall be permitted in the Ramsey Boulevard right-of-way. 8. Only one access to the subject property from Ramsey Boulevard shall be permitted. 9.
