Minutes CASE <br /> <br />APPROVE CLASSIFICATION OF NON-CONSERYATION DESIGNATION <br /> OF LAND TO BE WITHHELD FROM TAX FORFEIT SALE <br /> By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council and City Staff have had an opportunity to review the list of <br />properties which have been slated for a tax forfeit sale. The County of Anoka <br />requires that these properties be classified for non-conservation prior to a <br />tax forfeit sale.
