The City of <br />Ramsey may, in its discretion elect to enforce this Article Iv, <br />as it would a similar City ordinance or regulatory provision. <br /> <br /> Nothing contained within these Governing Documents shall <br />prohibit the City of Ramsey from enforcing stricter provisions of <br />its City Code which provisions may be of a similar nature as <br />those provisions contained hrein, or which provision(s) may <br />regulate an entirely different subject. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE V <br /> <br /> RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF TEE ASSOCIATION <br /> <br /> Section 5.1 General.
