In addition to the <br />enforcement rights contained herein, an Owner or the Association <br />may apply to the City of Ramsey for initial or additional ,'~ <br />enforcement of Article IV of this Declaration. The City of <br />Ramsey may, in its discretion elect to enforce this Article Iv, <br />as it would a similar City ordinance or regulatory provision. <br /> <br /> Nothing contained within these Governing Documents shall <br />prohibit the City of Ramsey from enforcing stricter provisions of <br />its City Code which provisions may be of a similar nature as <br />those provisions contained hrein, or which provision(s) may <br />regulate an entirely different subject. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE V <br /> <br /> RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF TEE ASSOCIATION <br /> <br /> Section 5.1 General. The Association shall be responsible <br />for the management and control of the Common Property and all <br />improvements thereon (includin§ furnishings and equipment related <br />hereto) and shall keep the same in good, clean, attractive and <br />Sanitary condition, order and repair. The Association may at all <br />times maintain an office on the Property for management <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> Section 5.2 Services. The Association may contract and pay <br />for the services of any person or entity to manage its affairs, <br />or any part thereof, to the extent it deems advisable, as well as <br />such other personnel as the Association shall determine to be <br />necessary or desirable for the proper operation of the <br /> <br /> <br />
