ART RAUDIO <br />Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background~ <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio is requesting final plat approval of Flintwood Hills 4th <br />Addition. Mr. Raudio is proposing to plat 0utlot A of the Flintwood Hills <br />P.U.D. <br /> <br />The plat consists of 12 single family residential lots with every two lots <br />having a common access on to Dysprosium Street NW. The original P.U.D. <br />development plan showed 0utlot A developed with 24 single family lots.
