RESOLUTION ~87- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO FLINTW00D HILLS 4TH <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developers of Flintwood Hills Planned Unit <br />Development have applied for final plat approval of another <br />phase, Flintwood Hills 4th Addition, of the Flintwood Hills '2'nd <br />Addition Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) which plat is <br />proposed to be located on the following described property: <br /> <br />Outlot A, FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said application is pursuant to City Code Chapter <br />170.016K; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development plan for <br />the P.U.D. on May 24, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 2, 1987, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission reviewed the plat of Flintwood Hills 4th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has regulations providing for the <br />installation of public utilities in the Urban Area where the plat <br />is located; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the entire P.U.D. and plat of FLINTWOOD HILLS 4TH <br />ADDITION are subject to restrictive covenants and conditions in <br />order to maintain the appearance of this residential development. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKACOUNTY, STATE OF MINlqESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That final approval of FLINTWOOD HILLS 4TIt ADDITION is <br /> hereby granted subject to the following: <br /> <br />That the developers of FLINTWOOD HILLS 4TH ADDITION <br />and the City enter into a comprehensive development <br />agreement which agreement shall incorporate all City <br />Code requirements, policies and restrictive <br />covenants relating to a development of this nature; <br />and <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />That the developers of FLINTWOOD HILLS 4TH ADDITION <br />shall comply with each of the items contained in the <br />City Engineer's letter dated July 7, 1 987 and <br />addressed to the Mayor and City Council; and <br /> <br />c. That the City of Ramsey receive proof of marketable <br /> title for the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />
