5 ~£nutes CASE #10: <br /> <br />REPORT ON STATUS OF FUNDS FOR A <br />CIVIL DEFENSE SYSTEM IN RAHSEY <br /> Dave Hartley, City A~ministrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey does not have a civil defense warning system. The City <br />Council has requested that Staff provide information on the availability of <br />funds and possible costs of developing a civil defense warning system. <br /> <br />Staff has been trying to reach officials at the County of Anoka who are in <br />charge of County-wide civil defense systems to determine the availability of <br />funds, Federal or otherwise, for the development of a civil defense warning <br />system in Ramsey.
