5 Minutes CASE ~19: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIALIT~ FOR <br />RE¥OLVlNG LOAN APPLICATION INFORMATION <br /> Byz Bill Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Due to its relationship with the City, the Ramsey Economic Development Company <br />is experiencing difficulty in guaranteeing the confidentiality of certain <br />information (personal financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss <br />statements, etc.) required with applications for funds from the revolving'loan <br />fund.
