Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #87- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT (OAKRIDGE INDUSTRIAL PARK) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ramsey, Minnesota: <br /> <br /> 1) A certain petition requesting sewer and water <br />improvements in the 0akridge Industrial Park, filed with the <br />Council on July 28, 1987, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes 429.035 <br />and Chapter 210.01 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Peter R. <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and he is <br />instructed to report to the Ramsey City Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />r ec ommende d. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July, 1987. <br /> <br />ATTE S T: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
