Minutes CASE #23: <br /> <br />REVIEW THE NEED FOR SE~ER AND WATER EAST OF SUNFISH <br />LAKE BOULEVARD NW AND SOUTH OF HIGI~AY $10 1~ <br /> By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council has received a letter from Grosslein Beverages, Inc. <br />requesting that the City of Ramsey consider extending water utilities to a <br />commercial area east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard NW and south of Highway #10 NW. <br /> <br />At this time the City Council may wish to order a feasibility study on the <br />extension of sanitary sewer and water utilities to properties east of Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard NW and south of Highway #10 NW.
