Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~87- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR E. H. RENNER AND SONS, INC. (PROJECT ~86-16; MUNICIPAL WELL NO. 2 AND MODIFICATIONS TO PUMPHOUSE NO. i) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rams'ey approved this project on June 30, 1986; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #86-157 awarding the bid to E. H. Renner and Sons, Inc. for Municipal Well No. 2 and modifications to Pumphouse No. 2; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended final payment to E. H. Rennet and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $7,793.60. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to E. H. Rennet and Sons, Inc. for Municipal Well No. 2 and modifications to Pumphouse No . 1 in the amount of $7,793.60. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #87-___ approving payment of the bills for the month of July, 1987. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of July, 1987.
