Based on council action on July 7, 1987, you are hereby <br />required to remove all unsuitable materials and replace them with <br />good granular material suitable for building. Placement of the <br />granular material shall be placed in nine (9) inch lifts and <br />compacted to a minimum of 95% of the maximum obtainable by the <br />Modified Proctor Method of Compacation (ASTM 1557). We will either <br />test the materials as they are placed or do penetration tests after <br />the area is backfilled. The cost of all testing and administration <br />of this Conditional Use Permit shall be your responsibility as <br />stated in Item 12 of the permit. <br /> <br />Failure to complete the corrective work and backfilling to the <br />proposed grade by July 17, 1987 shall be cause for revocation of <br />the permit. <br /> <br />In addition, you are required to furnish the City with a phasing <br />plan as required by Item One in the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />ZZZ Monroe Street <br />Anoka.
