CASE f6: <br />REQUEST FOR METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION; <br />CASE OF MR. HANK MUHICH <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br />Background: <br />Mr. Hank Muhich owns a 15 acre parcel located south of 161st Avenue Nw, west of <br />Armstrong Boulevard NW. Mr. Muhich is requesting a metes and bounds <br />subdivision to split the northeast 2-1/2 acres off from the 15 acre parcel for <br />financing purposes. Mr. Muhich has stated that his financing for the parcel <br />will not allow him to finance the entire 15 acres, therefore he would like to <br />split off one 2-1/2 acre parcel. Mr. Muhich has stated that he would agree not <br />to subdivide the rest of the property without platting as a condition of this <br />metes and bounds subdivision. <br />Enclosed are the following items for your information: <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed subdivision <br />Observations: <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will review this request at their meeting on <br />August 11, 1987.
