SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE REGARDING ISSUANCE <br />OF OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE TO M & L LIQUORS <br />By: Mike Auspos, Police Chief <br />Background: <br />CASE #15: <br />As required by City Code, M & L Liquors, which is moving into new <br />quarters at Highway 47 and 167th Avenue N.W., has submitted an <br />application for an Off -Sale Liquor license (see attachment). I <br />had completed investigation of the renewal form for M & L Liquors <br />just prior to June 30, 1987 and the substance of that renewal is <br />the same as in this new application. Mr. Muller is notifying his <br />insurance carrier and bonding agency as to the address change and <br />I will be issued new certificates of insurance and bond as <br />needed. <br />Name of Applicant: Dick Muller <br />Premises to be licensed: 5900 167th Avenue N.W. <br />The purpose of this case to recommend issuance of the Off -Sale <br />Liquor license to M & L Liquors. Before this can be done, there <br />must be a public hearing held for which a notice of public <br />hearing must be published ten (10) days in advance. <br />Recommendation: <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to: <br />Direct the City Administrator to cause to be published a <br />notice of public hearing for August 25, 1987 regarding the <br />issuance of an Off -Sale Liquor license to M & L Liquors. <br />
