Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. to proceed to acquire the perpetual and <br />temporary easements over said lands in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes. <br /> <br /> 2) That those lands as described above which cannot be <br />acquired by direct negotiation shall be acquired by eminent <br />domain and the City Council hereby requests the City Attorney to <br />file the necessary petition therefore, and to prosecute such <br />action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, <br />dismissed or terminated by the County or Court, and to acquire <br />possession of the lands over which the easements are to be <br />located prior to the awards being issued by the court-appointed <br />commissioners pursuant to the procedures outlined in MS 117.042. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by.Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Resolution #87- <br /> <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
