Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-06-123 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOMPENT AGRREMENT FOR BROOKFIELD 7TH <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Capstone Homes, Inc. properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and preliminary <br />plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes, which encompassed seventy-seven (77) <br />lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brookfield 4th Addition was a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 25, 2016, Brookfield Land, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />submitted an application for final plat of Brookfield 7th Addition, which includes twenty-seven (27) <br />buildable lots, all of which were a part of the preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brookfield 7th Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 24, 2016, the City Council approved the Final Plat with contingencies. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Brookfield 7th Addition, <br />subject to review and approval by the City Attorney as to legal form, and contingent upon revisions as <br />outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated May 18, 2016, revised June 24, 2016. <br />
