The <br />submittal consists of 18 sheets prepared by James R. Hill, Inc. dated May 31, 2016, and received <br />June 3, 2016. We offer the following general comments on these plans: <br />1. A legend showing all symbols used on that sheet must be added to each sheet. <br />2. Ramsey City Details must be included in the plans for all applicable items that will be <br />installed on the project. The details are available on the City website in .dwg and .pdf <br />format. <br />3. All sidewalks in public right-of-way must be shown as 6 feet wide and 6 inches thick. <br />4. Class 5 shall meet the Ramsey modified gradation. This gradation must be included in <br />the details. <br />Sheet specific comments follow: <br />C 1.10 <br />1. Revise Storm Sewer Structure Schedule replacing all R-3501-TB Neenah castings with <br />appropriate R-3067 casting with bicycle safe grate. <br />C 1.20 <br />2. A 1 mile radius must be added to the USGS Map. <br />3. The soil boring log is not legible and must be corrected. <br />4. The area totals for subcatchments IAS and 1S do not match the total of the smaller areas. <br />These totals do not match the total project area shown on sheet C 1.10. <br />
