Equally important is the "how" — <br />the principles that guide how the Council carries out its housing policies to advance those <br />outcomes. The Council has identified three principles to carry out its work: <br />|UfeQrafiOU <br />CnUmhnraf'0U <br />Accountability <br />These principles reflect the Counoi|\u understanding of its roles in integrating policy areas, <br />supporting local governments and regional partners, and promoting and implementing the <br />Thrive MSP 2040 regional vision. These principles govern how the Council will implement <br />this Housing Policy Plan and how the Council advances these outcomes. <br />Unlike the previous section of Outcomes, this section does not include a local role.
