Senior rental options are summarized in the following section. <br />This section looks at the market conditions for general occupancy rental housing in Anoka <br />County by examining data on: <br />/ performance of market rate rental developments, <br />/ performance of subsidized rental developments, <br />/ current usage of Housing Choice Vouchers, <br />/ planned and proposed rental housing developments, and <br />/ interviews with housing professionals and municipal staff members familiar with the rental <br />market. <br />This section of the report includes summary totals for rental housing trends in the County.
