ANOKA COUNTY HOUSING STUDY SENIOR HOUSING <br />Market Conditions <br />Senior Housing <br />Introduction <br />This section evaluates the market conditions for senior housing in Anoka County by examining <br />data on: <br />/ performance of market rate and subsidized senior housing developments, <br />/ planned and proposed senior housing developments, and <br />/ interviews with housing professionals who are familiar with senior housing trends. <br />This section of the report was adapted from the Senior Housing Demand Analysis for Submarkets <br />in Anoka County, Minnesota that was completed by Maxfield Research Inc. in September 2010. <br />It includes summary data of current market conditions.
