WHEREAS <br />, on July 14, 2009, the City Council granted an extension to record the final <br />plat until July 14, 2010; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the final plat approved on June 24, 2008 was not recorded by the extension <br />date of July 14, 2010; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on March 23, 2016, the Applicant submitted a second revised application <br />for the Plat, and changed the name of the project to STATION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on April 7, 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and tabled <br />the second revised preliminary plat for further information; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 5, 2016, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />proposed preliminary plat on the condition that the Applicant revise the preliminary plat so that <br />the density did not exceed fifteen units per acre. <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on May 24, 2016, the City Council approved the plat as proposed by the <br />Applicant, citing definition of Net Density as defined by the Metropolitan Council, indicating that <br />the proposed plat was less than fifteen (15) units per acre; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on June 3, 2016, the Applicant applied for Final Plat Approval of <br />STATION. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to STATION subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />a)Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 22, 2016 <br /> <br />b)The Applicant entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br />RESOLUTION #16-06-119 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
