WHEREAS, on July 14, 2009, the City Council granted an extension to record the final plat until July 14, 2010; and WHEREAS, the final plat approved on June 24, 2008 was not recorded by the extension date of July 14, 2010; and WHEREAS, on March 23, 2016, the Applicant submitted a second revised application for the Plat, and changed the name of the project to STATION; and WHEREAS, on April 7, 2016, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and tabled the second revised preliminary plat for further information; and WHEREAS, on May 5, 2016, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed preliminary plat on the condition that the Applicant revise the preliminary plat so that the density did not exceed fifteen units per acre. WHEREAS, on May 24, 2016, the City Council approved the plat as proposed by the Applicant, citing definition of Net Density as defined by the Metropolitan Council, indicating that the proposed plat was less than fifteen (15) units per acre; and WHEREAS, on June 3, 2016, the Applicant applied for Final Plat Approval of STATION; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat on June 28, 2016. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Station and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City.
