FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council Members <br /> <br />SUBJ: Council Old Business Critique <br /> <br />REF: (a) D-3 Case I Council Agenda dated February 26, 1979 <br />Enclosure: (1) Excert from City Code 130.09 Liquor Ordinance <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND; CASE OF CAR-SON HOMES <br />AND OAKRIDGE CONSTRUCTION'AND REALTY INC: Council at their <br />meeting. Of' February 26, 1979, requested that a decision o- <br />this subject matter delayed until this meeting. Consequently, <br />the approval/disapproval of the Mortgage Revenue Bonds is <br />before the City Council. Please refer to reference (a) for <br />background information on this matter. <br /> <br />OFF SALE L.!~.UOR LICENSE; CASE OF VERA MCGREGOR: Council <br />requested this matter on the agenda for Yhris meeting. A <br />letter was sent to Vera McGregor requesting that she be <br />present at this meeting. Further, Mrs. McGregor did send <br />her money in for the license after receipt of our last <br />letter. The City is now just holding her check pending <br />Council action at this meeting. <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (D2-a) which is an excerpt of <br />the liquor ordinance. In disussing this matter with City <br />Attorney, he feels Council should be guided by section <br />130.0917 (2) of the above enclosure. I concur with him <br />on this matter. <br /> <br /> <br />
