Consequently, we have to make sure that <br />reports contain the Planning Commissions thoughts before we go <br />to a public hearing. <br /> <br />GREENBERG'S PROPOSED PRELIMINARY PLAT ,REGARDING GATEWAY NORTH <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2: <br /> <br />This is a continuation of the preliminary plat review for your <br />approval. The Engineer's report will be available'at the meet- <br />ing. <br /> <br />SKETCH PLAN RESUBDIVISION LEISURE WOODS PONDS DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The developers are submitting in two proposed sketch plans for <br />your review and consideration. The Engineers report will be <br />available at the meeting. Copies of each of the proposed sketch <br />plans are attached. (Enclosure 1) <br /> <br />REVISION OF SKETCH PLAN; CASE OF TIERRA ESTATE, INC. <br /> <br />They will be coming before the Planning Commission to request <br />a change in the sketch plan that was submitted to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission on February 5, 1979. <br /> <br /> <br />
