In discussing this with Mr, Eggum he <br />has informed me that this information will not be available until <br />Monday morning, the day of the meeting. I discussed this with Mr. <br />Raatikka and he informed me every effort will be made to have the <br />Engineers report available at the time of the meeting, <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 2 LOT SUBDIVISION CHARLES ROHL <br /> <br />The subject property is located at the northwest corner of Highway #10 <br />and Ramsey Blvd. As you will note from the attached survey, the exist- <br />ing subdivision of the subject property'is shown in red, i$ poor at <br />best. <br /> <br />It is Mr. Rohl's intent to sell a 200' parcel to Dr. Brunell and retain <br />the remainder of the lot for himself shown as parcel #2 on the sketch, <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of this subdivision providing Mr, Rohl <br />incorporates his separate parcels as a single lot building site and <br />records it in that manner. <br /> <br />As this is not one of my normal job functions, I would like to apologize <br />in advance for my inadequacies. <br /> <br />CRB:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
