The tract is a part of parcel 350 and is now
separated from the balance of the land by 170th Lane. The request
is for construction of one single family residence. The subdivision
in my opinion would seem to be reasonable with the following con-
ditions:

1) Access from the residence be onto 170th Lane
2) Park dedication fee
3) An indication from the owner of house location for future sub-
division

ITEM NO. 3 TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT - STATE BANK OF ANOKA

Representatives from the Anoka State Bank will be on hand to request
a 90 day temporary mobile home permit to be placed on the corner of
167th and State Highway 47 to allow bank operation while construction
and remodeling of the old Bob's Country Market is being completed.

ITEM NO. 4 MIKE KOVAR, KOVAR MANUFACTURING COMPANY

Mr. Kovar will be on hand to review his plan for development of the
recent land subdivision granted to George DeZiel west of DeZiel's
restaurant on Highway 10.

ITEM NO. 5 REAR YARD VARIANCE REQUEST 15921 KAMACITE STREET N.W.

Enclosed please find report from Clayton Berg the Building Official
relative to a variance request for a rear yard setback of 19 feet
instead of 35 feet as required by ordinance.
