Nereson, City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Regular Meeting of March 6, 1978 <br /> <br />DATE: March 2, 1978 <br /> <br />ITEM NO. i MICHAEL ROSENSTIEL <br /> <br />The request is to purchase a five acre parcel adjoining a 20 acre parcel <br />presently on contract for deed. The result would be the same number of <br />parcels. Instead of a 15 acre parcel and a 20 acre parcel the result <br />would be a 10 acre parcel and a 25 acre parcel. No additional develop- <br />ment is proposed, simply a shift in lot line. Application and certifi- <br />cate of survey enclosed, applicant will be on hand to explain reason <br />for request. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 2 NORMAN BERNARD <br /> <br />The subject parcel was subdivided by the City Council in August 9, 1976. <br />This request is a shift of lot line to deed approximately an additional <br />half acre from parcel A to parcel B. Development has already occurred <br />on both parcels and no additional development is requested. (Certificate <br />of survey will be available at meeting.) <br /> <br />(Note: Items one and two represent revision of lot lines and not actual <br />subdivision. These items are brought to Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for their review, however, I would like an opinion from the Commission <br />whether this type of request could be handled administratively if no <br />apparent problems result from the lot line revision.) <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 3 PINEVIEW ESTATES <br /> <br />Revisions in the original sketch plan as submitted by the developer are <br />still in the process of being made, therefore, an engineering report and <br />final plans will not be available until Monday evening. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 4 RAMSEYS SHOPPERS MALL, COUNTY ROAD 57 AND STATE HIGHWAY #47 <br /> <br />Enclosed please find copies of engineering report, March 1, 1978 and <br />July 19, 1976 regarding the proposed shopping center complex, on a <br />parcel of land immediately adjacent to and south of the old Ramsey Town <br />Hall. Preliminary sketch plans will be available for review the night <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />ITEM NO. 5 FLINTWOOD HILLS #2 <br /> <br />Enclosed please find engineering report on preliminary sketch plan for <br />Flintwood Hills #2 Addition.
