CASE 6: SKETCH PLAN TO SUBDIVIDE BY METES AND BOUNDS; CASE OF <br /> <br />JEFF MASTLEY: <br /> <br />Back~round: This has been before the Planning Commission <br />previously and the Council and was denied at the Council. <br />The following information is hereby submitted. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Enclosure (8) P & Z minutes dated August 7, 1978 and <br />September 5, 1978 <br />Enclosure (9) Council minutes dated August 28, 1978 <br />Enclosure (1'0) COpy of sketch plan for Mastley <br />Chapter 170.03 of City Code applies and particularly <br />Section 170.032. Further, the State law does provide <br />for metes and bounds platting of land of 5 acres or <br />more. However, Mr. Mastley does not fall in this category. <br />He will require a variance from the Code to be allowed <br />to sub-divide by metes and bounds <br /> <br />Commission action: In taking your action you will be guided <br />by the City Code as Peferenced in sub-paragraph (d) above. <br />However, in view of the contents of enclosure (9), I would <br />recommend that you just inform the individual to plat the <br />parcel of land. <br /> <br />CASE 7: <br /> <br />PROPOSED SKETCH 'PLAN FOR PONDVALE ESTATES FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />The following background information if furnished for your <br />review: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (11) City Engineer's report <br />b) Section 170.031 through 170.035 of the City Sub-Division <br /> applies in weviewing this sketch plan <br />c) Copy of Pondvale sketch plan enclosed with agenda <br /> <br />Commission action: Your action will be guided by the section <br />in the City Code as .referenced by (b) above. <br /> <br /> <br />
