Public Hearing <br />P & Z-1- <br />12/15/80 <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> Anoka County <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A public hearing of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was called <br />to order by Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman, at 7:30 P.M., December 15, 1980. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />Mr. Art Dunn <br /> <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Ron West <br />Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> <br />Member absent: Mr. Gerald zinmerman <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> <br />Lloyd Schnelle <br />William Goodrich <br /> <br />Granting a Conditional Use Permit to Maintain cows on property; request for; <br />case of LillianNuqent, 6165 Green ValleyRoad, Ramsey, ~n%nesota. <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman, informed the Conmission and public present <br />of the request of Ms. LillianNugent to keep cows at her home at 6165 Green <br />Valley Road in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of th he,ring is to get input <br />and make a reconm~ndation to the City Council for the council to decide on <br />Tuesday, December 16, 1980 at their regular meeting. <br /> <br />Ms. Lillian Nugent, 6165 Green Valley Road, Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />Mrs. Nugent says it is to keep her cows here on her land that are on Mrs. <br />Dill's land and bring them home in the Spring for a couple of menths on <br />her four acres. ~. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson asked how many head? <br /> <br />Mrs. Nugent says 30 head now, I plan on shiping some of themlater. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson says the hearing is open for. ccmm~_nts, questions, statements, <br />etc. to be put in the record. ~ <br /> <br />Mrs. Cindy Rychner, 6200 177th Lane N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />Mrs. Rychner says when they are brought up toMs. Nugent's property where <br />would they be put. <br /> <br />Mr.. Nugent says behind mybarn and it is not adjacent to your property. <br />Mr. Peterson asks where the hogs are presently kept? <br /> <br />MS. Nugent says Yes. <br /> <br />~s. Rychner asks is there is any information on what degree of pollution <br />there would be in runoff into the water. <br /> <br /> <br />
