PLANNING AND ZONING COF~SSION <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> AnokaCounty <br /> <br /> State of ~innesota <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was held on <br />December 15, 1980 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the nmeting to order at 8:45 P.M. with the <br />following in attendance: <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Peterson <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider <br />Mr. Art Dunn <br /> <br />Mr. Benjamin Deemer <br />Mr. Ron West <br />Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> <br />Member Absent:~ Mr. Gerald Zimme~ <br /> <br />Others Present: Lloyd Schnelle <br /> William Goodrich <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by RonWest, Seconded byBen Deemer to approve the December 2, 1980 <br />minutes of the regular planning and zoning con~ssion meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes. Chairman Kenneth Peterson, Benjamin Deemer, <br />Kathy Schneider, RonWest and Art Dunn. Harry Ellis abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Kathy Schneider, Seconded by Ben Deemer to correct page two <br />of the of the Minutes of December 2, 1980 as relates to the Ramsey Ridge <br />Preliminary Plat Approval that if they can't cc~plywith conditions <br />1 and 2 that the matter should be returned to the planning commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes. Chairman Kenneth Peterson, Benjamin Deemer, <br />Kathy Schneider, Pon West and Art Dunn. Harry Ellis abstained. <br /> <br />Request by Lillian Nugent for a Conditional Use Permit to Maintain cows on <br />property at 6165 Green Valley Road, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson noted that the public hearing had informed the cor~aission of <br />requirements that would have to be fulfilled in order to draw a contract <br />between the city andMs. Nugent and that the cor~mission drewthe following <br />Findings of Fact and Motion, said motionbyBenjamin Dee~er, seconded by <br />Harry Ellis: <br /> <br />P & Z Regular ~eting Page 1 12/15/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
