Motion by Kathy Schneider, Seconded by Ron West to allow Chairman Kenneth <br />Peterson to approve the minutes of this n~eting of December 15, 1980 as <br />pertains to the findings of fact and motion relating to the conditional use <br />permit application by Lillian Nugent. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes. Kathy Schneider, Art Dunn, Benjamin Deemer, Ron West <br />and Harry Ellis. Kenneth Peterson abstained. <br /> <br />Dave Hexom roving in a box car <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Dave Hexom were present at the meeting and stated that they <br />had moved in the box car and intended to use it as an office and shop and <br />storage in connection with a business of selling railroad ties. They said <br />they were willing to go back and meet whatever requirements are necessary <br />to bring it to code so that they may be able to use the box car. <br /> <br />Mr. Hexom stated that he had a three year lease with an option for an <br />additional three years on the land from General Mills, who owns the <br />property on which the box car is located. <br /> <br />The commission reconmends that Mr. H~xom get together with the building <br />inspector and get a copy of the ordinance and see a planner and cc~e back <br />with the planner and see the building inspector and then get a site plan <br />drawn and back to the city and that this should be done before the <br />conmissions regular meeting of February 3rd or that if this is not done <br />that the box car be removed then. <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer to have the City Council table the Hexom matter set <br />for their December 16, 1980 meeting until their first meeting in February <br />at which time they will reoeive the final action by the commission in <br />this matter. Seconded by Art Dunn. <br /> <br />Motion carried, All members voting yes. Kenneth Peterson, Kathy Schneider, <br />Art Dunn, Benjamin Deemer, Ron West and Harry Ellis. <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West, Seconded by Ben Deemer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
