Ms. Abel asked if it was possible to put a sign on Highway #47 as Michelle <br />Olson did in the past. <br /> <br />Ben Deemer said this haS never been allowed. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson explained that the city doesn't want a lot of signs <br />displayed in the residential areas of the city. <br /> <br />Motion carried. 5-0. <br /> <br />Ralph Elofson, 6545 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Elofson said he owns the land on the highway directly across from <br />Greenbergs. He said he has somebody interested in leasing the property <br />to put up a supermarket. He said he wanted to know the feelings of the <br />commission regarding this. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson said the only problem he would run into Us that sewer <br />will be in there in two to three years. <br /> <br />Mr. Elofson said there wouldn't be that much sewage because it is a <br />supermarket. He said they realize they will have to put in their own <br />sewage system for the time being. He said they are very interested in <br />coming into the area.
