Official) <br />Pete Raatikka (City Engineer) <br />Bill Goodrich (City Attorney) <br />Dennis Denovan (P&R Chairman) <br />Dick Swanson (P&R) <br />Dexter Marston (Wehrman, Chapman <br /> &Assoc) <br /> <br />Chairman Ken Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. and explained <br />that the Planning and Zoning Commission had been working for about 8-9 months <br />on the City's Comprehensive Plan, to be submitted to the Metropolitan Council <br />for review as required by Land Planning Act of 1976. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson then introduced Mr. Dexter Marston, of Wehrman, Chapman & <br />Assoc.
